Welcome to Port Chalmers Yacht Club
Welcome to Dunedin’s longest established yacht club. We have a very active sailing membership and racing programme along with a proud history of producing national champions across a variety of classes.
We welcome anyone who has an interest in sailing whether it is learning to sail, crewing or sailing your own boat. Our clubhouse is a family-friendly and social space to relax after a day on the water.

Welcome to the Loyal Careys Bay Winter Series for 2025.
Races 1 and 2 will be this Sunday 25th May.
Open to all yachts on the Harbour and beyond. Two races are scheduled.
Race start 12:00 hrs. High Water at Port Chalmers 13.45 hrs. (2.2 metres).
Communications via V.H.F. channel 77. Entries to Committee Boat "Loki".
There will be a Prize-giving at the Careys Bay Hotel at the conclusion of the days racing.

REMINDER
This is something a little different for PCYC but we are holding a Biscuit Decorating Class as a fundraiser for the Club. While this event is designed for ladies of the club, guys are welcome to attend if they so desire!
23rd May, 7pm at the Clubhouse
$35 per person
No experience required - the lovely Taryn from Little Biscuit will provide everything you need to decorate and take home some nautical themed cookies (see the attached poster).
Younger participants are welcome with an accompanying adult
Numbers are limited so please email Sarah at secretary@pcyc.org.nz or text 021655137 to book a spot!

If you would like to place an order, please email secretary@pcyc.org.nz with what you would like. The order will be placed on 30th April.
The cost will be $30 each and payment will be required before the order is placed. I will reply with the details for payment.
